A 25% deposit with all bookings is required to secure transfers once availability is confirmed by the company and submitted along with your groups final itinerary - with the remainder of the quotation received payable 14 days before the date of hire commences, unless otherwise agreed. Late bookings can be accommodated up to 48 hours before hand - again subject to availability.
The following will apply to your hire deposit if you, the hirer, wishes to cancel the hire agreement;
Where the driver's accommodation has been pre-booked and paid for in full by the company - you the hirer are liable for a complete refund at the cost of the company.
